MOUZ managed to stop the winning streak of the Natus Vincere team and with a convincing 3-0 victory came to the trophy of the last major CS:GO tournament.
Not only did MOUZ manage to defeat Na'Vi and hand them their first loss of the tournament, but they did it without losing a map in the finals, with a very determined game from start to finish, which made them fully deserved the ESL Pro League champion's trophy.
At the start of the match MOUZ decided to remove Anubis, while Na'Vi removed Vertigo from the list of maps for the finals, and at the end Nuke and Ancient were the maps we didn't get to watch because the duel ended after only three maps.
The final duel was opened on Inferno, the map chosen by MOUZ. They gradually built up the advantage and used it as one of Na'Vi's top two players was completely absent from the first map. Valeriy "b1t" Vakhovskiy š that was reflected in only 11 frags on Inferno, and on the other hand, Kamil "siuhy" Szkaradek led MOUZ with 24 frags.
Na'Vi chose Overpass, but they were unable to break through the granite defense of the MOUZ team, which took an 11-4 lead on the CT side thanks to a seven-run streak at the end of the first half of the game. He showed Na'Vi that he was waking up in the rest of the game, but MOUZ had already played a lot and they didn't allow them to catch up. Final epilogue of the second map 16-9 victory for MOUZ who was now one step closer to the ultimate goal.
After the second map, Na'Vi no longer had the right to make a mistake, which is why they came in with extra pressure on Mirage. Again, MOUZ led after the first half, but this time Na&39;Vi managed to stop them and take the lead, only to be dropped in the very end. Nevertheless, they manage to win overtime, but in it MOUZ makes a 4-0 series and a 19-15 score, ruining Na'Vi's dreams of being able to save the competitive year with the ESL Pro League trophy.
Hungarian player Adam "torzsi" was declared MVP of the tournament. Torzas, who was really excellent during the entire course of the competition, and MOUZ as a team proved that they really have a huge potential in the current lineup, a potential that they will now have to perfect and justify in the Counter-Strike 2 tournaments.
