The legendary Janusz Snax" Pogorzelski is the new captain of the G2 CS2 team.
Snax will replace Rasmus "HooXi" Nielsen who was benched on Monday. In the meantime, there were no rumors about who could replace him, and although many names were among the potential replacements, Snax was not one of them until this morning, after which indications slowly began to appear that it could be the Polish veteran.
With his 15 years of competitive experience, Snax has long been written in golden letters in the history of CS esports, and after years spent in Virtus, where his teammate was also G2 coach Wiktor "TaZ" Wojtas, he came to the GamerLegion team, which he helped in the past year to become a top team and compete in some of the biggest tournaments.
According to unverified information, G2 should already be on ten-day preparations starting today, and will debut with the new team at the Esports World Cup competition on July 17.
